Kinesio Tape also known as K-Active is a revolutionary product, developed in Japan over 25 years ago. The Kinesio Tape has two main therapeutic benefits to people that mainly suffer from sports injuries:
• Reduce and prevent contraction of the affected muscle. The Kinesio Tape helps with increase the natural blood flow around the muscle facilitating with the natural healing process.
• Help the individual continue with their normal daily routine and sports activities.
